Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all users who purchase courses or course packages through the LiuBing platform. By purchasing a course, users agree to this policy.

1. Course Booking

All courses must be booked and confirmed through the platform. Course times are as shown in the platform system.

2. Student Course Cancellation

  • Cancelled more than 24 hours before the class: 100% of class credits are refunded.
  • Cancelled 12-24 hours before the class: 50% of class credits are refunded.
  • Cancelled less than 12 hours before the class: Class credits are forfeited.
  • No-show (absence without notice): Class credits are forfeited.

The platform reserves the right to exercise discretion in handling special circumstances.

3. Teacher Course Cancellation

If a teacher is unable to teach at the scheduled time, they should notify the platform as soon as possible.

When a teacher cancels a course, the student can choose to:

  • Reschedule the course;
  • Switch to a different teacher;
  • Receive a refund of the corresponding class credits;

Teachers who frequently cancel courses may have their teaching privileges suspended.

4. Technical Failures

If a course cannot proceed normally due to platform technical issues, the platform will arrange a makeup class or refund the class credits.

If a course is interrupted due to student or teacher personal network or device issues, the platform will handle the matter based on the actual situation.

5. Course Package Refunds

Unused courses can apply for refunds.

Used courses will be calculated at the original price and deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Discounts enjoyed, complimentary classes, and bonus classes are not included in the refund amount.

6. Refund Processing Time

After a refund request is approved, the refund will typically be completed within 5 to 15 business days.

The actual time to receive the refund depends on the payment service provider.

7. Special Circumstances

For serious illness, family emergencies, or force majeure events, the platform may exercise discretion in handling refund or course extension requests based on the actual situation.
