Teacher Agreement

This agreement is entered into between the Liubing Platform (hereinafter referred to as "Platform") and individuals applying to become platform teachers (hereinafter referred to as "Teachers").

Teacher registration and acceptance of platform teaching assignments constitute agreement to this agreement.

1. Cooperation Relationship

Teachers provide educational services as independent contractors.

This agreement does not constitute an employment contract, employment relationship, or agency relationship.

2. Teacher Qualifications

Teachers should ensure that all submitted materials are truthful, accurate, and complete.

The Platform has the right to verify teachers':

  • Educational background
  • Teaching experience
  • Qualifications and certificates
  • Identity information
  • Language proficiency

Providing false information may result in termination of cooperation.

3. Teaching Obligations

Teachers should:

  • Teach on time;
  • Prepare lessons thoroughly;
  • Respect students and parents;
  • Maintain the Platform's reputation;
  • Follow teaching standards;
  • Protect student privacy;

4. Income Settlement

Teacher income from teaching is calculated according to the settlement rules published by the Platform.

The Platform has the right to charge service fees, payment processing fees, and other reasonable operating expenses.

Teacher income will be settled after the course is completed and the dispute period has expired.

5. Prohibition of Private Transactions

Teachers may not charge students or parents directly outside the Platform.

Teachers must not:

  • Actively solicit contact information such as WeChat or phone numbers for off-platform transactions;
  • Encourage students to leave the Platform to purchase courses;
  • Privately renew or sell courses;
  • Use Platform resources to develop personal customers;

Violation of this clause will result in the Platform's right to immediately terminate cooperation, withhold unsettled income, and reserve the right to pursue compensation for damages.

6. Student Resource Protection

Student resources matched by the Platform are Platform commercial resources.

Without written permission from the Platform, teachers may not directly or indirectly solicit Platform students.

This obligation remains effective for 24 months after the termination of cooperation.

7. Intellectual Property

Teachers retain intellectual property rights to their original course materials, lesson plans, and teaching content.

Teachers grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable license to use such content for course presentation, marketing promotion, teaching management, and quality assurance.

The intellectual property rights to the Platform's brand, website, software, and operational materials belong to the Platform.

8. Class Recording

Teachers agree to the Platform's recording of courses as needed.

Recorded content may be used for:

  • Teaching quality supervision;
  • Dispute resolution;
  • Teacher training;
  • Learning playback;

9. Confidentiality Obligations

Teachers should maintain confidentiality regarding student information, parent information, and Platform business information.

Teachers may not disclose such information to third parties without authorization.

10. Teaching Quality Management

The Platform has the right to rate and manage teachers based on:

  • Parent ratings;
  • Student feedback;
  • Classroom observation;
  • Course completion status;

The Platform may adjust scheduling priority based on teaching quality.

11. Termination of Cooperation

Either party may terminate cooperation with advance notice.

The Platform may immediately terminate cooperation in the following situations:

  • Serious breach of this agreement;
  • Infringement of student rights;
  • Fraudulent behavior;
  • Long-term failure to meet teaching quality standards;
  • Private transaction behavior;

12. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is not responsible for teachers' personal tax obligations.

Teachers should independently comply with local tax and legal requirements.

13. Dispute Resolution

Both parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through friendly negotiation.

If negotiation fails, the matter will be submitted to the courts or arbitration bodies with jurisdiction in the Platform's operating location.
